Nice service, good coffee.
Lovely lunch here on the 18th March 2023. Staff were very welcoming. After ordering meal it did take about 20 mins to arrive but it was understandable due to how busy it was.
Amazing little cafe, the full breakfast is exactly what me and my friends needed after camping in torrential rain! Staff were lovely and food and drinks were quick and delicious

So glad we stumbled across this fantastic place. Such a warm friendly welcome, the staff are wonderful. The food was delicious, lots of choice and the cakes looked amazing (we were sadly too full to tackle one)

Made a pit stop here whilst doing the NC500. Had a full breakfast which I can't fault. Nice friendly staff as well
Excellent service by friendly staff. Plenty of room tables not to close together. Good coffee's and choice of teas. Food good.
All good! Tho' what a surprise to see this iconic corner building as a café now, and a nice one at that! Has a certain vibe and atmosphere of comfort about it, as the shop did.
Nice memories from the late 70's and the 80's of this being 'High Cardosi's' and the other ' Low cardosi's' as our go to place for sweets and ice cream and then later on cigarette's...Oh and even later on the bar next door for games of pool and a pint of larger :)
A welcoming and vibrant place which, we were told, was unusually busy that day.
We waited a few minutes for a table and our order took almost half an hour but it was worth it, the food was delicious.
Lovely and efficient staff too.
