Midweek lunch. Quite busy, so advisable to book your table. Food tasty and well presented. I thought that the salmon portion was a bit small, but still very enjoyable. Other mains, steak pie and trio of sausages were spot on! Desserts were good quality and yummy.

Thank you to Dan and his team for hosting my 60th birthday meal last Saturday evening. The food and service, as always, was great. All my guests really enjoyed the warm welcome and cosy atmosphere. Everybody really enjoyed the food with the steak pie, being a particular hit!

I gave the rooms 3 stars purely because the windows in our room were in urgent need of updating and some hooks on the back of the doors for robes or towels would have been really helpful....other than that an absolutely fabulous place and will definitely be returning ❤️
Got our booking confused however, staff and management were highly accomodating and resolved the problem instantly. Staff were attentive and lovely! The bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Sunday dinner was amazing! Very good! And food in general were topnotch. They’re facilities were real

Had dinner here after the evening spa. Food was amazing - really high quality, portions were massive, presentation was lovely - very fancy! The staff were so friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend eating here.
Absolutely fantastic stay it was my granddaughters wedding they were on the ball food very good service excellent rooms comfortable warm and clean. Would recommend the venue. They have a spa as well.

Food was great only down side was having my gin poured in a half pint glass (twice) but when I asked both times for a gin glass it was changed 😊

This wonderful location was booked for step daughters wedding over the weekend. Food was amazing, service excellent, location breathtaking. Only negative was basic room is basic, but the price wasn't! Deluxe rooms and suites were better and priced accordingly.

We celebrated my son and daughter in laws wedding here on Saturday, it was a perfect day, the venue was amazing, the grounds lovely for photos, the facilities and food and staff were fantastic. The lodges and rooms were very nice indeed. Would certainly recommend to anyone.
