Nice friendly staff, clean and tidy areas, and warm cozy seating areas. The staff brought water for my dogs when I was at the outside eating area.
Was quite busy, but was served quickly. Food took just under 10mins and food & drink was hot. Staff were very helpful
Visited the Cleveleys branch yesterday with my grandson. Ordered upstairs and requested table service. This is usual for us and is usually not an issue. Yesterday after about 20 mins waiting I had to go downstairs to see what the problem was.
There were very few customers both upstairs and downstairs . They sent a member of staff upstairs to retrieve various orders from the chute. By the time we got our food it was barely warm. The member of staff promptly returned downstairs despite the fact that many of the tables had trays on them with the remains of meals due to the fact that the bin had clearly not been emptied for some time and was overflowing so clearly previous customers had had no choice but to leave trays on tables. Many of the tables would have also benefited from cleaning.
All in all most disappointing.
Hash browns were lovely and crunchy, the egg could have been less cooked for my taste, but I still enjoyed my breakfast.
Great stop off home from Fleetwood before motorway. Order on the App and ready within minutes when you arrive. 🥳
Just one gripe... If I ask and pay for a large cappuccino... Press the 'large' Button on the dispenser, I'm tired of having a half filled large cup. Having said that, for a couple of quid it's still a bargain
It's a touch and go with the food. Sometimes you get super fresh stuff, other times it tastes like it was reheated in a microwave.
Cant really fault it . They always get thw orders right too which a bonus compared to most other mcdonalds in amd around the area .
Uber eats messed up my order. So I phoned McDonald’s cleveleys. Massive thank you to Liv that helped me and corrected the order and gave me new food.
Easy parking and Morrisons across the car park. Nice clean with friendly staff.
