Wow…can’t find the words to describe how beautifully tasty the desert from mr.nitros ,I heard a lot how nice from friends ,but they were rite ,the staff serving with friendly smile , and I noticed while am in the shop orders by phone and customers walking in , everything running smoothly credit to the manager there🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Excellent deserts especially the ice creams! Definitely love the milky way flavour.. would recommend as a choice.

Originally had an issue with a previous order, spoke to the owner, he has apologised which goes a long way and replaced my dessert to a high standard, after this minor problem, the fact he's gone out of his way to make sure his customer is happy, is the reason I will reccomend giving this another try tonight very satisfied.

Went in on Sunday and was greeted by 2 really friendly staff, Anthony and Abbie. They couldn't be more friendly and helpful even though they were really busy. Went for a crispy M&Ms milkshake and a Nutella waffle and both were phenomenal! Couldn't rate the staff or the food and drink higher!
I ordered to the wrong shop, the guys were so so helpful and corrected my mistake and making it in the Cleveleys shop for me. They mentioned the ice cream is home made, and it was amazing. Will definitely come back. This is what's missing in the high street, high level customer service. Well done guys
Excellent ice cream, all made at the shop. Can recommend the bubblegum, candy floss, mint choc chunk and of course vanilla flavours. We had sprinkles and sauce a plenty. Helpful friendly staff, covid safe, great experience. I would highly recommend this place for a treat and the portion sizes were very generous!
The staff are so professional and chatty I would happily sit in there everyday. I am frequent flyer with nitros their milkshakes and cookie doughs are are simply the best around. The ice cream is made onsite and I haven't had better anywhere else they are my number 1 desert place to go.
Lovely desserts! I usually have a milkshake which are amazing and the ice cream sundaes are brill with a generous portion of toppings. Anthony and Abbie who served me today are great, very chatty and friendly. 5 stars all round!
