3-4 visits a day, both to socialise and for the Coffey. Sitting outside in one of the few places that I can still smoke, there is always a friendly atmosphere, where we can put the world to rights, be it 8 in the morning, lunchtime or late afternoon, there's always a friendly crowd.
The staff are very friendly, great service and good choice of food and drinks. The christmas blackforrest hot chocolate is delicious. It's fairly expensive but the quality is good. Seating can be fairly limited. There is plenty of outdoor seating though not too comfortable at this time of year. Will
Very busy in there but didn't wait too long to be served had there frappes which are lovely

This is a nice and friendly environment with welcoming staff always happy smiling and chatting to the customers. I was really happy with my hot toast and drink, lovely and clean..... I must say the new team there are outstanding and have made such an improvement.

Yes I love Costa Coffee and it's lovely up at St Anne's north west England I'll be back again it's cosy good coffee nice friendly staff clean and theres a public toilets in there and more than happy to fill up your empty bottle of water enjoy and thanks guys at Costa Coffee you do a grand job 😎 Paul
I am very biased as this is my go to place, absolutely love it. Staff are great although there is quite a high turnover of staff but I am not sure why?

Only ever popped in for a cheeky takeaway coffee n maybe a cake😋 Staff have always been super friendly and polite, and all staff I've been served by have had a really positive attitude towards their job👊😎
