Posted a review previously commenting on friendly & efficient staff & dealing with some customers who were being difficult. Witnessed this again two days ago when a customer was difficult, manager was very good in the way she handled situation when the customer was clearly in the wrong.
All staff get top marks for not only being friendly but, also for their diplomatic skills!!
Regular visitor to Greggs as are other friends who appreciate good service & value for money.

Your average high street Gregg's, a small store and doesn't stock loads so if busy they can run out of items.
Friendly, helpful staff, clean store, nice range of healthy sandwiches/rolls/subs. Do kids' meals combo and adults, not too pricey. Really like that calories are displayed for each of their own-made items. Good social distancing layout.
Good service and the usual high standards elsewhere.
Love a Gregg's this is my new local as I am new to the area. Happy with how effecient they were in serving me as well polite and friendly staff serving me. I will be returning more regularly. Thank you
A Gregg's is always good no matter where you go, this is mainly due to the fact that they use the same frozen produce and bake it is themselves, but that didn't stop it being one of the tastiest bakers around - nice that you can also get drinks and sandwiches as well as pasties.

They do an excellent flat white excellently priced and their sausage rolls and steak bakes terrific. Good value good service
I like cheese and onion pasty and sometimes get a slice of pizza and I like the jam doughnuts jummy I really like Gregg's but don't agree with puting tax on pasty I'm still gonna buy them
Probably the nicest people at any greggs I've been to along with high quality food, spotless counters and stocked shelves. Always a great experience to go there :D

Quick and easy. Food all standard to Greggs and good. Very well priced.
Clean and tidy, very fast and efficient staff and well mannered. Still value for money with the minor price increases.
Always nice, but best hot. Chicken bake is my favourite. Hmmm!
