Amazed at how much nicer the black horse feels since the revamp! Feels really upmarket but still relaxed and cozy as you want a local pub to be. Great gin selection, plus lots of deals like 4 bottles of whatever for something. Landlord was friendly, liked all the dogs hanging round! Good community v
4 years ago I gave this place 3 stars... then 2 years ago dropped it to 1 with change of management. Luckily that awful manager has long gone and it's back on the up - good atmosphere, good for watching sport, good fun pub 👍

Lovely Marston's pub in the centre of Cirencester. Excellent value for money - my wife and I ate from the 2 for £10 menu, which was certainly plentiful! Nice and friendly staff and warm and cosy inside! Well worth a visit!
Great night of Skittles on Monday evening and they will do a pizza for you. Great pub and dog friendly
