It's been years since we've been to this village let alone this coffee chain. We really loved it here. Absolutely great coffee and lovely sweet treats. Second time we visited it was really busy (popular) but staff were really on top of it and serving customers efficiently and swiftly. Really recommended.

Always loved this place , lively atmosphere and the lady that was working that day adored our dog and told us they sell little pup cups for dogs ! So our pup was happy !

Delicious coffees with an optional seasonal blend which is worth giving a try. Perfect place to get some work done whilst enjoying a double espresso.

I go into this cafe a lot. The environment is always buzzing. Slow service but tea and coffee is excellent and worth the wait. However, the food/cakes I don't rate highly. Cakes look great but the taste is disappointing, clearly have just come out the freezer and not always fresh! Tea cakes are lovely though! Toasties/sandwiches not great. Even purchased a packet of ginger biscuits which were soft and chewy... not nice. All this cafe needs to do is review and change the food they supply. Despite all this, I still go in for the great atmosphere and helpful staff.

Always consistently great coffee at Coffee 1, no matter which brach you attend. Lots of seating at this Coffee 1 which reaches deep into the premises. W/C located at the back of the shop. Dogs welcome, and they can cater for dietary requirements. A little slow at processing through the queue, but appreciate it was a little busy. Wouldn't recommend if you're in a rush and there is even a short queue. Otherwise a must stop for a caffeine boost and some cake!

Coffee and Cake. Really nice coffee, lovely staff working extremely hard, think they were probably a barista down. A reasonable wait in the queue but certainly not the staffs fault. A lovely atmosphere/surrounds, my personal favourite for coffee in Thornbury.

I brought a frappe and a cake slice. Costed what I expected (cant remember exact price but around £7) cake was good and frappe was good. Around 2 minutes wait for both. There are a lot of tables but unless you are far away from the middle you can hear machines and usually a lot of people talking. The decor is great though and there’s restrooms for anyone that needs them.

The cake was delicious, the smoothly-gorgeous and the staff - so polite and charming! We popped in 15 minutes before closure bit they were so helpful and charming. And the place itself is so cosy and magical! Great job, guys!

very nice coffee and calm environment. Free wifi with good download and ok upload speeds. Enough for a Teams audio call but maybe not video. No table service however - i work at my laptop, at my table. i'm not going to leave it when waiting in line for a coffee. Missing an opportunity i believe. I'd say longer and buy more food/coffee if this was offered.
