This pub is basically the home of thornaby, the new landlord and landlady are both great, they make sure all customers are happy with everything. I'd definitely come here for a social night out or just a bite to eat. Karaoke and games nights. They also have a pool team.. all staff and customers are
Dropped our Citroen car off around the corner for repair at a local specialist and walked to this pub whilst we waited for the fix to be done.

Brilliant day out, enjoyed the underground tour. Staff are amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definately recommend a visit.
Came here for our 2nd visit with family to have some food and drinks, then to enjoy an evening of karaoke 🎤.

Came in for just a Sunday dinner with the family last week, one of the best carvery’s we’ve had in a long time, better than the Toby carvery’s we had a few weeks ago. Karaoke was on from 6 that we weren’t aware of, we didn’t end up leaving till 11! What a good night. Special thanks to Tomand Jess on

I've recently visited the oddfellows and was really surprised how lovely the food was. Beer garden was a sun trap and the outside speaker contributed to the great atmosphere. Will definitely be going back as everyone said, the weekends are fantastic.
the managers are very friendly, food was lovely, we had the steak and a pint deal and was definitely worth it! can't wait to go back!
After a Sunday walk along the river it is a great place to call into for a pint to cool down.
