I am a regular at Truly Scrumptious and everything I've had is delicious! The sandwiches are fresh with plenty of filling, cakes are flavoursome and moist. The scones are fluffy with plenty of fruit in. Everything is homemade and you can really tell how much effort goes in to it all. My favourite drink is the Lazy Sunday coffee, nice and strong!! My boyfriend is a fan of the homemade elderflower. The tea garden is peaceful and tranquil with lots of shady areas for when it's sunny or rainy. Highly recommend.

Just saw the sign on the way to Northallerton and decided to visit on the way back. Excellent decision that was, tea served in China cups and proper homemade cakes 👍 the Victoria sponge was soft and moist and my wife says the salted caramel cake was delicious, definitely worth a visit if your passing

Nice location, only outdoor eating by the look of it, but garden very pleasant with gazebos to protect from the heat. Drinks served quickly but food somewhat delayed which they apologized about. We had toasted sandwiches which were good.
