We made a last minute booking. We were made very welcome from the minute we walked in. The room was vary spacious and of a high standard the sleep was great in the very spacious super king-size bed. we had our evening meal here and the food was of excellent standard followed by a few relaxing drinks by the log burner. we where still full from the evening meal at breakfast and the chef was very accommodating in making what we wanted although not on the menu. well worth the money paid
Fabulous! Have been a few times and always very good food, but it is the ambience and service that make this place stand out, came here on Saturday for a 50th birthday party, in our party were 30 people, everything ran very smoothly, very well organized, timings were spot on, the food was excellent and we all had a very good time, I would highly recommend booking here for a large party of people, they were very accommodating and managed to create a birthday cake out of the chocolate pistachio brownie dessert, we all piled into the bar area afterwards where they also have some cosy rooms just off to the side of the bar where we could all 'dance and be merry'.... a great memorable night was had by all, a special thank you to Mark who helped organize everything and the rest of the staff who made us all feel very welcome and were very efficient.

Stayed last night .Amazing place. Clean and tidy and staff very friendly. Really lovely place and great food .9 out of 10 .bed was really creaky but wonderful place apart from that �
Fantinos is a lovely place, the decor is lovely and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The food is gorgeous and the service is prompt and professional 😀 would highly recommend it.
Would recommend this to anyone. Food was beautifully cooked and the staff were welcoming and could not do enough for you. Had a lovely stay, we will be back very soon.

Had a lovely meal in the restaurant, fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff! Stayed overnight and woke to a delicious cooked breakfast! We would definately return in the future x

They opened early for breakfast but they closed quite early for dinner.
A great place to celebrate your birthday with friends as the waiters sing and play instruments 😀🎉🎂The food is very nice and tasty. As we were late we did not have a dessert as the kitchen was already close. Would love to try their homemade Tiramisu 😃
What a lovely find. We just moved to Thirsk, and decided to take the wife and kids to eat out. Lovely decor, friendly staff, and the food was amazing. Child friendly menu. Kids ate all their pizza. I already decided that I'll spend my 40th birthday here at the end of the month.
We turned up as a family of three on a Monday night after a day of travelling. I was expecting there to be about 5 people, even if it was open on a Monday night.
I couldn't have been more wrong, which speaks to the quality of the place. We were lucky to be able to get a table. Great, wide ranging menu, plus kids menu (even at 7pm). I believe there's some sort of happy hour deals on meals earlier in the evening, but we'd missed it.
Easily catered for my Gluten Free wife with no fuss, portions are quite large and very good value for money.
Great atmosphere. Just remember to book if you can.
Never had a poor meal here. Staff very friendly and proficient. Even went shopping for cocktail sticks when they realised they had no toothpicks! Amazing pasta dishes and such good value.
Visited while we were away for a few days, it was amazing. We ordered the deal at £15.95 for 2 courses and when the starters came....wow!! I ordered the mussels and the portion was huge and delicious, so much so I couldn't eat my main of sea food risotto, the kind gentleman working the tables could see I couldn't eat it and kindly asked if I would like it boxed to take away, which I did and had it for lunch the next day! All in all it was a lovely experience the staff were friendly and attentive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely visit again.
Good range of dishes. Quick service and very hot. Friendly staff. Big portions tasty and left overs can be boxed to takeaway. 3 adult meals and 1 kids meal with 2 large wine was £75.
Amazing Italian restaurant. Truly authentic and amazing quality food. I am a celiac and there couldn’t have been more of a choice for me. Almost everything on the menu there was a GF alternative for, and the MOST AMAZING GF Pizza I have ever tasted! Can’t wait to go back! Staff excellent too!!
Booked at the last minute for a Christmas family get together we enjoyed a super meal all served together. There were 11 of us in the group.. Five us with gluten intolerance. This was catered for easily and our gluten free pastas and pizzas were as good as those which contained it.
All the staff were very attentive
without standing over you watching you eat and we will be looking at this Italian restaurant for future family gatherings.
Hadn't planned to eat here today but was so pleased that we chose this restaurant.
They have an extensive menu and the staff were most helpful and pleasant. Would certainly return here again.
Amazing food, atmosphere was great, definitely need to book as we went at Sunday lunchtime at by 12:30 it was almost full. Will definitely return.
