I must say! The BEST FOOD I’ve ever had. Highly recommend mixed grill, korma, prawn bhuna and biriyani. Perfectly seasoned and so flavoursome, 5* to the chef . Visited whilst travelling through Thetford. Great service, excellent standard of food - Highly reccomend. We were a family of four with 2 children and they really went the extra mile. The owner/manager has excellent customer service skills.

We're fortunate to have such an good Indian Restaurant in Thetford. The New Saffron has been a great venue for our special occasions over the years and the new premises have raised the bar even higher. Well done.
We had a mid-week catch up after work with friends at New Saffron. An excellent meal with a very friendly and efficient service in what is a brand new venue. One of the best indian restaurants in the area by far!

This is a very pleasant modern minimalist Indian restaurant with curtious, knowledgeable and attentive waiters. The food was cooked to perfection, tender meat, perfectly seasoned sauces and the lightest naan bread. This is one of the best Indian restaurants in which I have had the pleasure to eat

Not the best curry I've ever had but the place was quite nice anyway. Edit: the curry was still great though not saying it was bad! It was tikka masala but think it wasn't spicy enough
