First time we have been in since it re-opened. We'd passed that way a few times when it was closed and was hoping it hadn't gone the way of a lot Pub Restaurants and closed it's doors for good. ALAS! I can report it is very much open. The food was a revelation, loved every morsel.

Fantastic meal here tonight. We ate from the 'supper club' menu. £18.95 for 2 courses, plus £10 off a bottle of wine if we both dined from this menu. The food and service were 10/10 , and it was a nice relaxed atmosphere and not too busy. Lovely country pub! Can't wait to come again
Stopped here on a whim. Very old, brilliant oldy worldy pub. Massive meals, excellent quality PUB food. Very busy, lots of locals, dog friendly. It's not find dining, it's just a great pub to have lunch or a drink in.
Lovely and cosy inside. But had lunch in the beer garden. Tried the lunch deal. Really good food. Not just the usual pub grub, there's a choice of having something unusual and freshly made. 👍🏻
Went for a family birthday. Service was good and attentive. Reasonable choice of food from the menu, service was quick and food was very good and enjoyed by all eight in the group.
