Food here is quite nice, really enjoyed the currys. Starters were nice but not sure about the drinks. I would come back here and try other things on the menu for sure. The shop is quite small so you do feel like you're next to everyone but its cosy.
A modern eatery with high quality Indian cuisine catering to all diet requirements. The portions are generous and the dishes are presented with care and food is freshly made rather than being out of a sauce jar. Prices are inline with the quality on offer. A must visit if you like Indian food.

Genuinely one of the best meals we have had in a while. We aren't immediately local to Sutton so hadn't seen it before, but we stumbled across this place on a fairly lengthy evening walk, and decided to pop in.
I absolutely adore dal makhani (the one made with black urad bean, not the more common tarka dal) but I've really struggled to find places in the Midlands that serve it, so I was really pleased to see it on the menu. I paired it with a couple of beautifully crispy parathas plus a paneer wrap side dish, and it was superb!! Becky, my fiancee, ordered a paneer tikka dish with a tarka dal side, and she was equally impressed with her choice.
In terms of the restaurant, I thought it was really tastefully decorated. Comfy seats, nice tables, nice lighting. And the staff were brill too. We were served by Naz, and she was friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our visit, it was a real pleasure meeting her and chatting to her.
I would thoroughly recommend it if you enjoy the experience of eating Indian food, but fancy something a bit different to the usual Anglicised selection of curries, rice and bread. The menu was large and varied, but more importantly it felt more like an authentic Indian dining experience with something for everyone.
We will definitely be back. I could eat their black dal every day for the next month and not get bored, it genuinely was that good. Please give it a try, you won't be disappointed 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Excellent little restaurant! Has a great variety of food and drink, not just the standard curries. The owner and staff were friendly and attentive. Loved the Chocolate Chai - something I'd never had before. Will definitely be back and would recommend.
Ordered the chaat platter for 2 and was delicious! Really recommend the pani puri, but can't really fault anything we had.
Also had a cardamom masala chai which was fragrant and lovely without being too overpowering.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in birmingham.The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Staffs are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in birmingham
Authentic food, great taste and environment 👌 drinks are a bit expensive need to reassess the prices for lassi and tea. But overall great experience 😊

Wonderful place, really lovely calm atmosphere and the staff were so sweet. Darshana in particular who I spoke with just seemed so passionate about the food she makes and that passion flows through the food, she made one of best samosa chaats I’ve had! Looking forward to visiting again soon. I really recommend you give this place a go, authentic Indian street food.

Loved the food. I think this is one the few places with authentic Indian. The taste is amazing and very hygienic. Naaz was lovely and caring. I can see myself being one of the regulars and also recommend to give it a try.

Service, food and athmosphere 5*. The only thing to look out for is parking. Street parking only and usually a few streets before. After 6pm is free on most places.

Amazing cocktails and mocktails, the naan breads were too delicious... Totally recommend the tikka masala, home style chicken curry and tikka platter. Lovely atmosphere, book a table to avoid disappointment!
Good casual, trendy Indian street food eatery - casual small plates of authentic and contemporary twists. Nice owners and fair prices!
Food good. Service very good. Also open at lunchtime when not many Indian Restaurants are, being a big plus if you want to go out with colleagues then. Not too expensive but Menu is a bit limited but you can’t expect everything!! Overall a good experience.
