very busy sunday night; waited ages for order. most tables were dirty. food was okay. got our order wrong: chicken tacos instead of beef and red bean. beef was the best out of all options. more filling needed. churros with caramel dip were delicious. drinks watered down.
First trip to taco bell in the UK. The staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us to order. Everything came out in a nice box and was done very well.
We got the crunchwrap cravings meal for 2 which has two beef crunchwrap supreme, two soft beef tacos, two seasoned fries with nacho cheese sauce and two portions of cinnamon twists. Also got two soft drinks. Good value for money. Also use their app for great savings
Giving 4 not 5 star as the toilet door was broken and I had to get my wife to stand outside as it's located near the self-service screens.
Other than that great food and will 100% return soon
Food was surprisingly good bit on the greasy side but nothing huge to complain about. Cleanliness of the place needs some work hoovering sweeping etc but again nothing to major I would definitely come again
Went to to Taco Bell as many people wanted to try it at my work. We drove and parked. Ordered on the machine for 11 people.
The atmosphere was nice and quiet as it was 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon.
The food was prepared quickly. We did have 7 full bags of food and drinks.
The staff member there (unsure of his name) we extremely polite & helpful.
He wrote down each order on the box,allowed us to try the drinks separately before we made our choice and even helped carry a few bags to the car as he could see we were struggling. The staff went above and beyond with service!
The food was good. Everyone enjoyed it.

Food is amazing ordered nacho bell grande 2 hard shelled tacos and 1 naked chicken taco great taste of America and if there’s a Taco Bell opening in Walsall you best know I’m gonna be there 🔥💯👌
Idk people complain about Taco bell but it's not that bad except for the churros imo all of the food tastes quite nice.
