The Homely Hub, we have been regulars here almost since they opened, love the great variety of beers, especially the regular Butty Bach!
There is always a nice friendly buzz about the place and amazing how many people you bump into that you know and also people that you didn't know but now you do!

Nice little place, staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my beer. Quite a few of these popping up now. Enjoyed my visit.
No excuses. Half an hour to spare and one of Mere Green's latest additions had just opened as I was walking passed. Doesn't feel as small as it looks from outside - not quite the Tardis, but good use of space. The beers available are clearly marked up on on a blackboard, so I choose a half of the
No food! Lovely little ale house with brilliantly well kept ales. If you drink something else, please try a little half and it might open up a new world for you. Staff were lovely and chatty and I'd happily spend a few hours there every weekend.
We went to The Ale Hub for the first time in February this year with my boyfriend, our 2 year old daughter and my boyfriend’s parents. There is a lot of choice of drinks and there was something for everyone. It’s a cosy little place with friendly staff and a great atmosphere.
Mere Green is long overdue a microbar. Pleasant service and more than a thimble full to try before you buy. I was very pleased with the quality of Fallen Angel ale.
I will return
A great little watering hole. They don't do food, other than crisps and nuts, hence 1 star but the hand drawn and craft beers are excellent, as is the service. Highly recommend.
Stumbled on this place whilst looking for somewhere for a pre dinner drink. Good selection of Ales and Lagers as well as lots of Gins! We went for Kelham Islander and Beavertown Bones Lager. We'll definitely be back for more. A lovely addition to Mere Green.
Friendly staff mainly been served by chloe who has been brilliant at recommending different beers , good choice off beer and standard bar snacks prices are decent
This is a superb little bar for good real ales
