Very busy though the staff do very well to keep up with the cleaning food hotter than most McDonald's custom orders delivered promptly still very busy very busy drive through small toilets cleaning signs always in the way
Fantastic service and the food was really hot, which my mum enjoyed. I had a black coffee which was very good.
I explained that I only had cash on me however, the lady who served me said it's no problem.
Sam is a great employee. 100% loved his service. The other woman on the drive thru intercom was very snappy and wasn’t as nice as Sam. We really like Sam & have passed on our comments to Alan the wonderful manager
Wow what an experience. The food might not of been that great but Tracey was! McDonald’s is McDonald’s, the same as any other restaurant I’ve visited, however, Tracey is the oil in the engine in my opinion. This is the first time I have been to this franchise and she made it the most pleasurable experience I have ever had. Tracey is McDonald’s Bassets Pole… thank you!
Probably the freshest and fastest mcdonald's I've had, was grabbing a quick bite on the way back from work, so just a few fries (I'm vegan and I'm not a massive mcplant lover) but they were piping hot and not soggy or oversalted which I think is a good thing as it gives everyone the option to salt to taste. Can't comment on anything else as that's all I had personally but the other 2 people I was with agree that this is the nicest mcdonald's they've been to.
Restaurant was exceptionaly clean. Food was okay. There was alot of shouting going behind the counter, man in a white shirt. Made me feel uncomfortable on how he was interacting with other staff members.
Have used McDonald's at this location on numerous occasions over the last 24 months & have always meant to leave a review but always forgotten. I've always received great customer service here & found the premises really clean. This is not always the case at other venues, but certainly is here. Highly recommend.
Excellent work by Katie and her team who managed the order of the happy meals for our sons birthday. She was prompt, well aware, well organised, great communication and an excellent team player to deliver the order. All the children got their happy meals exactly as they wanted. Thank you!
Great for fast and go if really hungry and away from.other food places or need fast take away service on work time...other than that, everyone can do better for their health long term...One time bite time to time ok, no for regular meals...
