Great parkland course, greens quite fast, nicely manicured. Clubhouse has had plenty of money spent on it, and it shows.
Great visitor changing and shower facilities, bar area very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the 18th and the rest of the course.
Great signature hole over water at the 5th.

Outstanding course, in immaculate condition. Not long but loads of dog legs & strategically placed bunkers. As for the greens they were the best I've ever played, unbelievably quick & lots of slopes, some subtle, some not. Wonderful experience.
Walmley is an absolutely top class Golf course. The welcome from the club professional was very friendly and informative. The course is a good test of golf and the condition, as always, was fantastic!
In my opinion, it's one of the best maintained golf courses in the West Midlands. The greens staff were working on the bunkers and cutting the rough. The attention to detail on the course is a credit to them.
Ots just a shame my game wasn't as high class as the surroundings.
If you're looking for a game, or to join a club, I'd definitely recommend Walmley.
The whole course was in great condition, despite the current generally dry spell, with the greens particularly worthy of praise. They were running true and fast (11 on the Stimp Meter!).
Great service from all of the club staff too.
We held a wake/celebration here for my uncle. The club made us so welcome and the buffet provided was lovely.
The setting of the club is beautiful and looks a great place to play golf.
Fantastic course and members. Made to feel very welcome coming as a guest from Edgbaston. The fish and chips was delicious, can’t wait to play it again come summer.
