Came here to pick up some dinner as they were open slightly later than expected and reviews were good. Received a very friendly service. I didn't ask but got the feeling of being family run. Good portions and food was tasty and fresh. Recommended!

We drive out of our way to go here for food. Staff are lovely, place is clean and you always get what you ask for. Value for money and great quality. A true, traditional chippy where you're served when you order.
My 1st visit there, I have driven passed it many times. There was a bit of a queue which to me is always a good sign, the shop was spotless, the staff were really friendly and the chips were the best I have tasted for many years. I definitely won't drive past it again and I would reccomend anyone to go there.

I first visited this "Chippy" as a school boy, now an adult, my kids too visit here, it's just that sort of place, traditional, simple and friendly. It's hard to get teenagers to do chores, but ask them to pop to the "Chippy", and they never complain. Highly recommended..
