Popped in this morning for a quick coffee at the Sutton Coldfield shop. While queuing (although I didn't notice) there was an elderly gentleman wearing an oxygen mask behind me. It wasn't until the Asst Manager came past me did I realise but he asked the gentleman to take a seat and he would make his order and bring it to his table. I nearly welled up. I thought now that is just superb customer service and in this day and age great to see. I did speak with the staff member and praised him for his foresight, service and kindness he showed the elderly gent. So to Costa Coffee, WELL DONE on your staff and the service they provide, great to see.
Costa coffee was amazing and staff were obliging as we were a group of 7 and we rearranged the furniture so we could all sit together.
people are very helpful,but why is it that the Costa Coffee places are always so small they have lots of ques and its hard to find a seat. but i love Costa Coffee so will always end up going no matter what the ques are.

Cash only today although I am of an age to remember how to use it.
Bit of a wait to be served with a polite apology although my request to have my waiting time knocked off the bill fell on deaf ears.
Sadly no toilet is available and of course any ensuing inconvience is apologised for(tell my bladder that) however the public facilities are located round the corner in the shopping centre so it saves any unnecessary cleaning on Costa's part
Bacon Roll for a quid with any medium hot drink purchased before 11:00am. Couldn't resist the offer. Have to say it was rather better than I was expecting.
Lovely food and drink. Staff very friendly and efficient. Forgot my drink but couldn't apologise to me enough for the delay. Would highly recommend 👍😊
It was quiet busy when we went in as the marks and Spencer had only just closed its doors as we normally go there for a drink. But I noticed that they've had a lovely revamp and it was very clean and tidy. The staff could have been a little more happy to serve you but the busy queue went down quite quickly and now they have a lovely healthy selection for kids, including yo-yo's which both my boys enjoy. But my coffee was hot and I was a bit disappointed in my chocolate twist. I'm sure they used to be longer. As it went down too quickly....
Coffee and toast with 18 month old granddaughter....relaxed atmosphere...felt easy 😊

Staff are friendly, helpful. Place is very clean and tried, unfortunately not enough seating inside so always take mine away.

This Costa has got to be the best. A great manager, great coffee and nice display of cakes and sandwiches. The only downside is that it is so popular at lunch times you may struggle to get a table!
I usually go to Costa in Erdington, which is close to where I live, but while I was in Sutton Coldfield I popped into their Costa. It was quite busy and yet I had a short wait for my order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tables were cleared and cleaned as and when they became empty.
Not forgetting the great coffee ☕.
Felt safe going here to get some yummy festive drinks. 1 way system, 1 person per group in the shop to keep numbers to a minimum. Friendly staff too!
