Great service by Caroline & the manager, the food was delicious, served quickly and hot to the table. Full marks all round!
Excellent food and great friendly service
When we went in (approx 1pm on a weekday) it was empty except for us. Restaurant was very clean, staff were polite and friendly. Our server guided us through downloading the app so that we essentially got a 50% discount on our total bill, which was great. Food came quickly and was tasty. Good value for money, would go again. There are some disabled spaces on the street for parking, just round the corner, or if you walk about 5 minutes you will find two different parking areas.
Really nice experience. We went here for lunch. The restaurant was empty so had our pick of tables. The food was yummy and the service was really good. We were served by Ellen and she spent a great deal of effort in provide us fantastic service. We would recommend and definitely visit again

We went for a school trip to make pizza with our Nursery children today. The staff, Ellen, Rachael and Sam were very patient and helpful with the children. 👍 The children loved it and enjoyed taking their pizzas home. 🍕 This is a lovely initiative from pizza express as part of a community outreach programme. Well done to everybody that made today possible and a lovely experience for our children. ❤️
Food lovely as always but really wanted to thank the lady Ellen who served us. She was so friendly and attentive, chatting with the kids and making sure we were happy with our food. It made all the difference to our experience. Thanks Ellen and we will return soon.

Recently held by daughter's 5th birthday pizza party here. I must say, the service we received was 1st class. All the children had a great time and all the children had a great time making their own pizzas and the activities. Catering for 20 children was not an easy task!. Ellen/Chloe were a great help! Definitely recommend.

A lovely Pizza Express on a Sutton Coldfield high street. Staff are always very welcoming and chatty. Food comes promptly and is always a delight.
Would recommend downloading the Pizza Express app for deals which give you a very reasonably priced meal.
Went for lunch today and the food was gorgeous. Ellen served us she was extremely helpful and polite. Quick service and Ellen made sure on several occasions that we had what we needed and that everything was okay. Would definitely recommend and will be returning for a second time
