Went for a birthday meal for my father, we were a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meals, they do a pretty good variety of options for people on different diets. My partner and I are vegan, my mother is vegetarian and the rest of the group eat a "standard" diet. We all enjoyed our meals and everything was cooked and plated well. We all got 2 courses (starters and desserts) and I also drank (I was the only one in the group drinking alcohol) and the cocktails are delicious. The atmosphere here is lovely and we came to the resturant at a time it wasn't crowded so there was a nice calmness to the place. I'd really like to credit the resturant staff on their great service though as I ended up asking if an item that wasn't even listed individually as a resturant item was vegan and when it was confirmed it was they brought it with the starters which I appreciate as they still worked with my request despite a vegan bread starter not being on the menu. They also listened to my mother's request for extra flavour in her drink as they brought the flavour out and added it to the drink to her taste. I appreciate the willingness the resturant has to work with customers and how friendly all the staff faces are and how fresh the food is - thank you for a great experience. Only thing I could say if I was to reccomend something would be to potentially add a few more vegan options - that aside, I do enjoy this resturant and it holds a lot of memories as we've been here for many days out and birthdays and will continue to in the future (:
Another excellent visit. Our waitress Tailor was very friendly and polite. Food was delicious and hot. All-round brilliant evening 😁

Top quality chefs always serve up perfectly cooked meals, the bar staff are pretty, polite and very proffesional.
All that alongside excellent customer Service and a very warming atmosphere makes this a highly recommended, must visit pub.
Visited on a very quiet Monday Afternoon. Lovely welcoming atmosphere, the lady waiting our table was friendly and attentive ( sorry - I didn't get her name ). I had items from the Lunch menu which were all hearty and well cooked, especially the Lasagne. Good value and a very pleasant experience.
First time visiting this lovely little pub as a treat for my mums 75th birthday and we wasn't dissapointed. The food was lovely, Tash our waitress was very welcoming , very helpful and polite.

Lovely and warm and comfortable inside. We were in last night and was served by Danielle who was absolutely smashing as she always is. Very polite and hospitable and Harry who brought our drinks over is very lovely too
Great for a quiet meal and a drink midweek, weekends can be busy so make sure to book! Food is really nice and not badly priced. Great selection of lagers, ales, and spirits. Friendly staff and a cosy, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. Always good for a pub dog or two!

Lovely venue, but seemed rather short-staffed; had to wait some time at the bar to be greeted and shown to our table reservation.
Ordered on the app but no table numbers on tables, had to ask, once I was able to find someone!

On entering the restaurant we were greeted and we were showed to our table and the menu was explained drinks order was taken while we considered the menu. Food Order was taken. The meal was brought quickly and well presented and we all enjoyed it. We didn't have any problems throughout our experience so couldn't find any way it could be improved upon.
We had a brilliant night at the White Horse. There was an initial mix-up with the tables, but the team resolved it really quickly. From that point on, the evening was fantastic. A large group can be a problem, but the kitchen staff and waiting staff knocked it out of the park, all the meals came out together and were delicious. They team really looked after us.
With a discount code the meal was a bargain too. Thoroughly recommend it.
Excellent service and food, we were served by Simone this time who is very friendly and helpful, i had a pizza which was duck and hoisin sauce with fries, my other half had Serlion steak with mash and mushrooms, cooked to perfection and hot. Definitely recommend a visit.
It was out first time visiting the pub. We had starters and a main course. My starter, breaded Brie was good but my partner’s starter, calamari was absolutely gorgeous. Yes, I always get a taster!
For mains he had the linguine which he reported was very good, so good he didn’t want to give me a taster. I had the sirloin medium rare which was a little overdone but still enjoyable.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
We would definitely visit again.
Service was excellent, very friendly and efficient. Dog friendly area with water bowls. Good table and served at table. Food took quite a while to come, 45 mins but pub was fairly busy. Meals were all excellent.
We had Harry serve my large table of 9 people for an evening and it was fantastic, I will say they had ran out of alot of menu items such as pie, sweet potato fries etc, this was disappointing but overall the evening was fantastic. Food that we ordered came promptly and was served well.
Celebrated my parents 74th wedding anniversary today at the pub , greeted on our arrival by Katie shown to our table lovely atmosphere to the pub . We had two Sunday trios and a turkey breast and the beef sirloin the food was fabulous great size portions the meat was delicious. Katie is a credit to the restaurant she was so polite and chatted with my parents about there wedding anniversary. We will for sure be back .
