Went for the St Valentine's day special menu. Shown to the rear of a busy restaurant with no awareness of my very obvious disability. Getting out was even worse than being seated! Had prawn spaghetti, which was lovely but no spoon was offered. Felt a bit awkward when I had ask for it. There's a safety issue to be addressed as well as dining etiquette. Not their finest hour. Food was good, regardless
Food was excellent especially the Beef in Chianti with Porcine mash all 3 courses took hardly any time at all to come and service from Tess was great so friendly and attentive, excellent place! Free parking right outside also a bonus!
Me and my wife enjoyed a fabulous 3 course lunchtime meal here at Prezzo Mere Green, our waitress (Katy) was exceptional when it came down to customer care she knew how to approach and serve her customers and we found Katy very pleasant. We shall definitely be going back, the restaurant was clean and animal free unlike their neighbours, such a pleasant lunchtime treat for both of us.
I said to my self never gonna be back to prezzo after having a very bad experience at harbourne branch 5years ago, but my friends invented me to have a quick lunch at meer green brunch, for start already good, to the end, telly I think her name is. She done rely well specially half of restaurant are pack on the Sunday lunch, & on her own. She manage very well, with calm & still have a smile in her face. So we'll done to her. Thank you
Excellent food and service as always. Shout out to our host, Katie. She was so welcoming, friendly and caring. Helped us with her perfect recommendations. We just went there without any bookings but she kindly managed to give us a table outside and making sure that we are enjoying our foods.
Highly recommend and definitely going back there.
Had a great time with colleagues tonight. A quiet and welcoming atmosphere (ate very early). Meals were delicious and staff friendly.

Great food with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a family dinner and serves to different dietary needs. I had the lasagna which literally melting as you ate it. The dessert was decent. The only downside was the very slow service, despite the restaurant being quiet. Overall, it was good.

Family meal last Saturday evening was excellent. Probably the most attentive and thorough approach to allergies that we've experienced anywhere which was great, the guy on the front door made us feel welcome, service was attentive and food delicious. Will definitely be going back :)
We booked Prezzo in Mere Green for a surprise birthday meal in April 2022. Lauren was our waitress for the evening and the service was absolutely outstanding. Lauren was attentive and delivered exceptional customer service all evening. I would like to thank Lauren and the rest of the team for the exceptional service, we will definitely be back again soon. We chose Presso at Mere Green to celebrate a special birthday.
The manager, Lovelle and his staff made us all very welcome. We were served promptly and with a smile.
The food and service were very impressive and every guest enjoyed their meal.

Were plentiful, the starters were delicious. Majority of the mains were also very tasty, highly recommend the Arabiata Al Forno.
The waitresses / waiters were friendly and were doing their best but noticeably understaffed, which was adding pressure to what was clearly a relatively new and young workforce.
Appreciating the struggles hospitality currently have I shared the feedback with a member of the team which was dismissed with a comment of ‘our kitchen are under pressure’.
When paying the bill the manager, Lavel, asked how the experience was, and I noted how amazing his team were individually but service had been very slow, and not ideal given half of our mains did not arrive together. He acknowledged this and explained 3 of the team were new that week. So they should be recognised as they were all amazing under the pressures of a Friday evening service.
Lavel recognised the service issues, and welcomed the feedback, which re-assures for future visits.
I hope the team are able to continue to recruit to help ease the work load and to allow the service to be the same level of the food quality.
