It's a great place to be with Jo , good company and the staff are great always there to help would recommend it to anyone.
The "Vesey" has over the years become a wonderful community pub which is quite rare for a Wetherspoons. I always feel at home just popping in for a pint or meeting friends any time of the day. The food and beer is always great quality and good value for money. The only drawback is when you travel anywhere you tend to think everything is overpriced and of inferior quality. Thank you to all that work there 🙂
The Camra awards every year are well deserved. Hope it never changes.
We go to the Bishop Vesey on a regular basis.
Service is always good and quick.
Shame they disposed of the sofas.
We had a light lunch. Chicken teriyaki is very good and tasty. Good varied menu.
A nice boozer. Nice and relaxed. Good food and well kept beer. Sutton Coldfield is a nice town. I’m from London and I try to stay there when I work in brum.

Sat on new sun terrace. Seating is very comfy atmosphere was lovely as was the lunch that we ate.. service was excellent

Have eaten here in the past and always had a good experience. The service is as prompt as can be, it can get very busy. In saying that, the staff are always friendly. Atmosphere is good, I have had a few beers here many times and never had any issues. I do try to avoid big footy nights though. Beer is very good, good selection and competativly priced.
Nice place, reasonable food that comes promptly. Good drink. Bar service lost them the other star as a little slow due to staffing and other things But found the Drinks app brilliant, they bring your drinks to your table number. More room upstairs and for those ghat smoke (I don't) they have a balcony area upstairs with chairs and table looked quite good
Decided to go to Weatherspoons with friends after not being there for years. Food was a bit bland, but there is salt and pepper and table sauces you can add which definitely helps😅Nice outside space if you smoke and want to sit there instead. Ordered food and drinks through the app, came really quickly for all of us, atmosphere was nice and busy and yet the staff were friendly and attentive. Would recommend! Price points for drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic reasonable and I'd say the same for the food.

Always a great experience at this pub. Nice to visit a pub where high standards of behaviour are expected from customers . Always feel safe as pub is ran very well. Special mention to Siobhan who always looks after us as regulars and provides a great environment ! 5 stars
Very busy on Thursday evening but received my order incredibly quick. Believe there is more quite upstairs. There is beer garden at the back with few tables. Food as usual - simply but tasty.
I've been coming here for years and every time I absolutely love it, great for a night out with friends and great for a family get together, cheap drinks and food with absolutely lovely staff, not got one bad word to say about it.
Another great 'spoons. Friendly staff, great food (served hot) and good beer. Small outside patio area on the ground floor, plus a much larger sun terrace on the top floor with plenty of space and tables. Well worth a visit. Sutton park is a shortish drive away if you want to go for a nice walk, or go shopping at "Mitchell's" about 14 mins away. Enjoy.
