Lovely place and staff are fab would recommend giving it a try
Not sure if they do food. Good old family run pub, with card bingo, meat draws etc. exactly what you want if you’re after a old style run pub.
Very friendly and helpful staff, did not have a meal only a drink.
Nice people but was a quiet night due to Newbury races Great Singer though Danny Connors will visit again

Really nice bar staff, drinks are clean and tasty. Prices are brilliant considering its a good old local and not a chain. Nice and peaceful all around 😁

A friend and I called in to try Angie's Steak Night out. I would recommend it to anyone. New Landlord taken over the bar today, (November 1) so maybe a new broom will sweep clean as the saying goes.
At least you get your gin in a proper gin glass with added fruit, unlike the crickets, straight glass and no fruit.
