Enjoyed a lovely meal here, would definitely recommend a visit to this lovely pub. The food and the service were second to none.
Food was great, we ate at the charity BBQ and had dessert from the pub, food was great, beer was good, and atmosphere very pleasing, we had a great afternoon after a telling week. Oh and our two dogs loved the water bowls and garden
Was a lovely pub and small village, I walked from Thame, about 8 clicks return
Had a lovely Mother's Day lunch here. Delicious Sunday roast at a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and efficient. First time here but definitely not the last.
Fatastic evening at the open mic night.
Brilliant live music, great atmosphere
Beautiful roast dinner. One of the best. Will certainly return again
If they did B&B and the evening meal we'd move in.
Great food & really friendly, lovely atmosphere, def visit again
great food luvly people will go back for sure :)))
We hired the barn at the pub for a 60th birthday party - it was the perfect venue and David, Helen and the team provided an amazing service. Would highly recommend!
We had a surprise 60th birthday at the three horseshoes “barn” area and it was fantastic!! Great communication, great buffet food supplied and overall a wonderful environment. Highly recommend this pub for an event like a birthday!
We had a family get together at the 3 horseshoes. David was so helpful in accommodating us, even some latecomers (arranged in advance). Only comment is that we would not recommend the meatless roast, it is just the veg and a yorkshire. Go for the veggie burger with the roast or the veggie pie instead.
Family group of nine on a Saturday lunchtime. Food and service was excellent, price was very reasonable.
Looking forward to returning soon
We really enjoyed our meal at the three horse shoes it was lovely!! Portions were great and the children meals were perfect! They bent over backwards to accommodate us and we were made to feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning 😊
As previously the whole experience was marvelous. The food was presented in an apertising manner and tasted just as good as it looked.

We held a party in the Barn at the Three Horseshoes and it was perfect! The space in the Barn was ideal for us, the food was great, and David and Helen were so accommodating to everything we asked. Would highly recommend for any event you have coming up and can't wait to get back soon to sample the Sunday roast!
We had a lovely family birthday gathering here. Traditional pub grub and very tasty. We brought our own cake and they accommodated us with no hesitation. Very friendly and welcoming. Will certainly be back.
Excellent food and well priced, this cosy pub is a must visit! It's a bit of the beaten track but really worth a visit!
Amazing staff at The Three Horseshoes. Great pub atmosphere just as a pub should be. Land lady and land lord are great fun. Awesome afternoon with family spent here for a great lunch!
We hired the barn for our daughters 16th Birthday Party, and from start to finish the process was flawless. David is so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and the party was a huge success, I can't recommend hiring the barn enough! We will be back!
Food is always delicious, hot and homemade every single time we go. Staff friendly. Could do a with a little decorating and the garden needs more attention in the summer, besides that a lovely pub.
Very much a traditional village pub with a large garden out front and a separate barn for functions such as wedding receptions etc.
The range of bitters is relatively small, but this means that they are well kept; my pint of Doombar was spot on!
The menu covers a good range of tastes and when our food arrived, well presented and properly cooked. My iced cream sundae for desert was really good, and probably a disaster for my waist line, but I just don’t care!
Visiting from S.W. France my long time friend in Towersey we were welcomed by charming new hosts David and Helen. Delicious dinner, good wine and very pleasant ambience.
Stopped off for lunch, delicious prawn baguette and bread was tasty and fresh. Lovely garden too. Very reasonably priced and good quality food.
Lovely old village pub, excellent food and good beers. Well worth the visit.
