Fantastic service, I contacted the shop via their Facebook page as I wanted something in particular for Easter gifts for my little boys but knew I would have them with me whilst visiting the shop and didn't want to spoil the surprise. Nicki very kindly wrapped them up and had them ready for me when I called in to buy. Beautiful little shop with a huge range of lovely things. Thanks again for your help

Excellent cafe our favourite in Tewkesbury. Brilliant service and friendly, polite staff. Great quality and well priced food and drinks. Our 3 children love the cakes, milkshakes and excellent value ice cream trays. Very pretty courtyard and dog friendly too. Amazing cooked breakfast!
Definitely recommend! Me and my partner came here for a Friday lunch, booked a table over the phone and the lady was happy to accommodate ☺️ Our table was ready for us when we arrived, we had a tea for two and some toasties. Absolutely amazing price, only coming to just over £15 for two people. Customer service was great, the whole team are lovely people. One massive selling point is definitely the tea, the cups and tea pot were gorgeous!

Friendly service. Food was excellent, nice to have hot soup not warm. One of the tastiest coronation chicken sandwiches I've had. Highly recommended.
We shared a cream tea for two with one of the scones being gluten free. Only minor criticisms were that the non-GF scone had cherries in it (not to my taste 🙁) and sugar on top (unnecessary with a good quality scone). Otherwise good.

Pre-ordered a take away cream tea for 4. Absolutely ace and very generous selection of freshly made sandwiches, cakes and scones with jam and cream. Delicious and very efficient and friendly service. Thoroughly recommended.

A delightful little gem we found today. The food and service were superb. Tables were quickly cleared and thoroughly cleaned for the next customer. We had egg mayonnaise sandwiches and coronation chicken sandwiches. They came on granary bread with crisps, a side salad and coleslaw. They were beautifully presented along with our tea in China cups. The pricing was excellent and the restaurant is dog friendly (or at least for a guide dog in training). We will definitely revisit. Thank you for a lovely lunch. 😍

Carousel always has a great atmosphere Chris,Mikey and all the staff are always friendly and polite. The food is fantastic. Definitely worth a visit. Guaranteed you will want to go back.

A small (but not very tiny) tea room served with traditional bakery and salad (sorry know little of such products). Beautiful tableware (not luxury and glittering type) staff is nice. Very pleasant atmosphere for a rest and chat.

Visited today while exploring Tewkesbury. We enjoyed our hot drinks and cakes and the Carousel themed decor was interesting for the kids to look at. We would return, for lunch next time, if in the area again.
Incredibly high quality cakes and food freshly prepared. Tea and coffee selection is great. Staff are always welcoming and friendly (which given the lack of politeness from some customers is not always easy). Very highly recommended local business.
Catch up with old friends. Young waitress was lovely, moving tables to accommodate larger group. Feel maybe overwhelmed as busy cafe. Possibly more staff now needed, as taking order was a little slow as a result. Great selection of savoury and sweet items, covering all tastes and dietary requirements. Reasonably priced. Will definitely return.
