Great place , we held a baby shower , had room off dining area , good size, there were 12 of us. Staff very friendly and welcoming, especially Charlie who was very helpful when we setting the room up. ( and for taking the group photo ) We had the buffet , honey & mustard cocktail sausages & quiches were delicious, great cheese boards , 3 different salads , sandwiches and dips. Well presented and plenty of it. Definitely recommend , great afternoon at a lovely place.

Enjoyed a great couple of nights at the Snooty Fox. We came with our 5 month old puppy and the staff really made him and us feel welcome. Our room was lovely, really spacious and with a comfy bed. Plenty of room for puppy too. The food was great, including a comprehensive selection for breakfast. There is a little bit of noise in the rooms but it's an old building right on the high street, so to be expected. But the location more than makes up for it as a base for exploring. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

2 nights spent in the snooty fox were very special. The staff are very good and we were well looked after. The dining room is enormous and comfortable, the food in the evening was excellent. The room was very comfortable with an excellent bath and shower over. The town car park behind the hotel is easy to use as its free to use between 1800 and 0800 the next day.

Had a great visit to the snooty fox, situated in the middle of Tetbury, service was excellent. We had a two night stay which included an evening meal, afternoon tea and breakfast each morning. All were very delightful and the quality of the food was exceptional, my wife's haddock only just fitted on the plate it was that big. The afternoon tea was fresh, again very filling with sandwiches, scones and a selection of deserts. Each breakfast you placed your order from an extensive menu, we had the full English on both occasions and to say I'm still full is an understatement. There is a free king distance car park 200 metres away from the hotel at the old railway station which we used each day. The drinks in the bar were not overpriced and seemed to be very busy on both evenings. An excellent stay in a lovely hotel, very worthwhile to anybody visiting the area and will definitely be coming again.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Our particular room was pleasant but needs a lot of updating. Not having windows to look out of was a little off putting.

2 night stay, Fri/Sat. We had room 1 which was quite small but comfortable and functional. Staff from arrival to departure were fantastic. Totally switched on, friendly and helpful and that goes a very long way. Thank you.

Wanted a quick bite to eat so parked up and walked to this pub just off the island and market square and sat with fish and chips outside and drinks. Pleasant watching the busy scene

Called in for an afternoon tea, which was nice. Cakes, scones, usual assorted finger sandwiches, tea and coffee. On the day we went we were the only ones in the room for afternoon tea, which was a shame as we felt it lacked atmosphere with nobody else there. All the same, it was a pleasant experience and we enjoyed it.

Had a 1 night stay with my wife here on NYE, booked via Secret Escapes. Our room was large and had a comfortable bed (2 singles made into a King). The only thing we'd have liked was as another easy chair (2 chairs for 2 people seems reasonable?). The staff throughout were great, the radiator in our room didn't work and the manager was so helpful in dealing with the issue. The food at dinner was excellent and again the service was friendly & relaxed. Would definitely stay here again

Random one but I took my 8 months old puppy for a walk in town and decided to have a coffee and toast on the veranda. The landlord was really helpful and looked after us really well. Got the dog a bowl of water and let me have a walk around inside to socialise the dog. Highly recommended and really helpful. Thanks Mark

Comfortable bars beckon you to spend some time relaxing in this centre of town hotel. Leather seating and high ceilings adds to the grandeur of the experience. Order lunch or sample some beer or simply enjoy a pot of tea and coffee. Cakes are also served at the bar. Pleasent place to rest after sightseeing.

The meal was OK but did not like service charge being added to bill, which I asked to be removed, would have tipped normally, but forfeited their tip by doing this, especially as ordered meal at the bar
