A really lovely village pub, great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff and dog friendly. We stopped in for a beer after a dog walk then booked for Sunday lunch for the next day. Nine of us and we all enjoyed a starter, had a fabulous roast and squeezed in a pudding, we all enjoyed our food….I’m
Friendly family pub, warm and welcoming decor, food was amazing, generous portions and staff where happy to help with any of our needs. The Sunday roast was delicious 😋
Recent find for me but have popped back 3 times for a quick drink in the beer garden. Lovely place, great service and good options for AF versions of drinks
Absolutely lovely place, a little noisy for lunchtime today, as a large table was very rambunctious, but the service was absolutely perfect with the food being very good.
Went here for a family roast and everyone enjoyed it. Great service too! This pub is also a stop on a 5/10k loop walk where you can stop and grab food/drink. Maps are available inside the pub.
Finished a trail run around Terling here for a pint and a bag of crisps with so.e friends. Sat outside in the sun. Friendly bar staff. Enjoyable pint.
Nice pub, ok food. Friendly service but some mix-ups; great decor, but a lot of the starters probably came out of a packet.

This is is lovely pub in a very pretty village location . We have been there several times whilst out on bike rides and have been struck by the welcoming friendliness of the staff . The menu is great . I had a salad which was one of the best pub salads that I’ve ever had . There is a wide selection
Treated to a Father's Day lunch here with my family and it was superb. The staff, the food....both excellent. We have been in search of a really good Sunday pub roast and we have now found it thankfully. The beef and lamb both had great flavour. We will be back soon for their Saturday Pizza night.
Gorgeous country pub. Had some of the best pizzas I have ever had. Thoroughly recommend.
