Visited on Sunday 14th Jan with a group of 15 cyclist from harlow cycling club. The food is amazing, cakes, pastries, sandwiches, sausage rolls. Found this place on google and will definitely be returning soon. We did pack the place out a bit, but reserved a table. There is outside seating and can’t wait for the summer to use this. A little gem.

Delightful tea room with lots of home cooked cakes, soup and tart of the day. We popped in yesterday for lunch and a natter and have a lovely time. I could have eaten two portions of the onion tart, delicious. We also went to The Old Dairy, great independent businesses in a quaint village.

29th October 23 Three ladies from a Dining & Tea group had a really lovely afternoon tea at this afternoon. The food was so tasty & the sandwiches were incredible. The two ladies were very helpful & friendly. * * * * * * Popped in today & bought a piece of ginger cake to have later this evening. Very delicious it was too!! Very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere in the tea room. A few eating pods outside for those with four legged family members! Definitely recommend.

Hadn't been here for 2 years when it was only takeaway service at the threshold. Now inside and outside service. Picnic benches outside with draught screens. And excellent choice of cakes available and I can recommend the hot bacon and sausage sandwich. Staff are friendly and obliging. Popular for Sunday Elevenses.

It's open from 9 am on Saturday. Got there at 9:30 and we had the last two cream teas and the last three cherry flapjacks. My flapjack was excellent and the scones were pronounced good.

Lovely little place in the most unexpected position. Nice sandwiches of really fresh bread. Good coffee too. Didn't sample the whole menu but no reason to think it won't be as good as our sandwiches.
