The staff here are so good at their jobs. Nothing was too much trouble. The menu was even adapted to accommodate my needs. Thank you to all. I would recommend this place if you want a clean cosy caring pub visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service was great friendly the food was really nice...thought the sides were a bit over the top on price...( bar snacks ). The room was fine the only thing was the bath had not been washed out...had to do that myself... but the bathroom must been seen ....take your skies ....but that is apart of staying in history.....

Great pub. Made us some delicious fish and chips even though the kitchen had closed. Bar staff are brilliant.

Room was lovely, clean and very spacious but a loud fan kicked in regularly throughout the night and it is right next door to church and the bells chime every hour so didnt get much sleep

A very nice pub in Tenterden. We visited a couple of times during our short stay in the town. The beers and ciders were well kept. I can't comment about the rooms, because we didn't stay there.

Popped in for a Friday evening drink before dinner. A great selection of local wines, fantastic service and a lovely atmosphere.

One our locals that we actually spent an evening in for the first time. Nice cozy bar area which was pretty busy. We managed to get a table in the bar area. We had food which was good, and tasty. Service was good, staff were friendly and prices were good. If I could change any one thing about the woolpack it would be to make it easier to get to the bar, I was the only one that needed to be served but couldn't get to the bar because there were to many people sat on bar stools at the bar. Everyone I saw go to the bar had the same issue!!

The hotel was warm and welcoming and the bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Unfortunately during our stay last week, one of our party became quite unwell resulting in an ambulance being called and a stay hospital needed. The care, consideration and kindness shown to us all from the manager and his team, including some of the locals, was outstanding. We could not have been better looked after and will certainly go back when we have the opportunity. A very big thank to to all involved.

Great lively pub with a healthy mixture of age groups. Have been a few times over the years when in the area and the staff are always professional and friendly. A good place to pop into after some high street shopping for a drink or a snack in the day with a newspaper or a glass or pint of an evening. Always feel comfortable & welcome here alone or with friends.

The best service we've had in recent times. We ate in the pub/restaurant. Really friendly and accommodating, which was important as a group of 8 with two young children. The food and drink were also excellent. I would highly recommend and we are hoping to stay in the hotel at some point!
