The location was ideal and comes with free car parking, The rooms are very spacious and a very good nights sleep guaranteed. We had Smallhythe room and my sister in law Rye room both with a nice view of the church and high Street. The bathroom was a large bath I
Had a fabulous last minute stay at The White Lion.
Enjoyed a delicious pizza and a couple of pints in the bar. The staff were all lovely and friendly.
My room was large, spotlessly clean and had a big bay window.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.
Slept like a log!

A lovely Christmas dinner in a festive atmosphere. We had a range of dishes between the 5 of us and everything was good. Our waitress Izzy was great too. We have Christmas dinner here as a group every year and it never disappoints 😊

Lovely location. Well furnished, very tasteful. Attentive staff. All the food was to a great standard, including kids dishes. The kids pizzas were top quality - beyond other pubs kids dishes. Highly recommend.
My second stay in this quirky old pub and hotel. I love the breakfast, cooked to order, full of choice, and all delicious. Very friendly team. Lovely little town.

I can honestly everything and all the staff where brilliant the food was lovely and nothing was a problem.
