Wonderful, friendly staff who go above and beyond. Other half has a visible (bandaged) injury on his hand, so one of the workers offered to carry the tray over to our table for him. Food is absolutely stunning and great portion size. We both had the regular fish and chips and the fish was huge! Will definitely be returning :)

For a family with coeliac disease this place is awesome and well worth going to for gluten free fish and chips at D. Fecci & Sons. The staff were well informed and very polite as well as being up front with waiting times (as the gluten free meals are cooked to order) the takeaway section was well planned and kept separate from the restaurant. I'm going to take a guess your wondering why I have only put four stars in stead of five, well that's down to two things, one being the quantity of the fish and chips in the three that we ordered was small (although the large peas was very large indeed) the fish was fresh and an ok size (the batter was brilliant as it had herbs) but the chips were a little short of filling, so the quality was spot on, now on to a personal or regional preference the fish had skin on them now I don't have an issue as i still had mine but the kids were a little creeped out by it now after some explaining to the one he did eat it (as its good for you, cardiovascular health and cell repair, and has been shown to reduce inflammation but just be aware as I know some people don't like skin. Anyway thank you to the staff for your help :)

Ordered Gluten Free cod and chips which were very reasonably priced at 10.75. Service was quick and friendly and the food itself was amazing. GF chips can be hit and miss at times but these were cooked to perfection.

It was a really yummy fish I enjoyed eating it and the chips were soft and nice the person who worked there gave us free bags of harribows as we’re leaving so I’d recommend popping in if you’re looking for somewhere to eat

We came because friends recommended. The fish definitely was delicious. Perfectly cooked inside and a real crunchy batter on top. The scampi was also excellent. Fries and mashed pea - not so good. Lots of sitting room. Makes for a great lunch stop while wandering around and enjoying the beauty of Tenby.

One of the best fish and chips shops in England but not the best. The ordering system is a bit confused in the beginning for a novice or tourist who hasn’t been there before but you get used to it. The portions are big for plaice but small for COD and a very popular place both for eating in and takeaways.

By far my fave fish and chip shop in wales can not recommend them enough! I had the gluten free cod and chips and it was bloody lovely and no bad tummy truly wonderful. I am sorry my son knocked your shark off the wall but pirate haribo as hes now known made my sons day he thinks your awesome! Thank you to all the staff for helping my son today he has autism and can scream quite loud but you were all brilliant be back again soon �

Bit expensive only gripe. Service very good. Lady who brought food out had humour a missed trate in Customer service. Food was delicious friendly staff. Only upgrade I would do the toilet area needs refurb. Bar that I would recommend it first class, my children enjoyed it.

Great fish and chips! Have been coming here for over 35 years whenever I'm on holiday in south-west Pembrokeshire. I love that they allow dogs in the restaurant (handy if you're on holiday), and even though I'm not gluten-free is great that they have an option for those who have coeliac. The only thing I miss is the wide selection of locally-caught fish that they used to sell. Other than that, great!

Judging from the awards plastered on the shop walls I expected a lot better. Service was slow (albeit friendly), food was average at best and quite greasy. I can only assume there isn't much local competition if they've been open over 80 years.

Have been going to get our Fish and Chips from Feccis for 30 yrs. Will never go again. Ours at Teatime on the 17th of October were disgusting. Fish was so old and hardly and batter and chips just nasty and old and didnt get the peas we paid for.. So so disappointed. Honestly, went straight in the bin. And yes it was Feccis and no other chip shop.Had a cone of chips later in the week with gravy and it had bits of Faggot in it despite being sold as suitable for veggies.Disappointed as only chippy we can walk to as disabled. So sad to have a meal like this from you.

Only giving 1 star because you can't give zero used to be lovely here but went tonight £2 for chips and asked If they do large you wana see the chips for the price kiddie portion & they weren't all that wish I'd got them from the Chinese now as I had ordered a Chinese, give this a miss when I visit next time

Although the toilet was spotlessly clean it would benefit from a mirror but this very minor point would definitely not stop me going for a return visit.

Served by a rude little boy, who instead of apologising for messing our order up, made out it was our fault for not ordering correctly...
Then had the cheek to slag us off to the other server while we were still in the shop...

Obviously I must have different standards of what is acceptable, how this chippy won awards is beyond me. My experience of the place is not as good. I was really looking forward to a fish and chip supper. The so-called 'cod' was greasy and inedible, don't know how long the chips had been kept warm and as for the peas, no idea what they were like as they weren't even in there! The whole lot went straight in the bin.
