Stayed the night at the hotel and booked the restaurant for food.
The service form the staff was second to none, very polite, friendly and top form.
The food was superb and menu has a lovely selection.
The bar area is very warming and decor is great. Could sit there all night sipping many a cocktail!
Will most definitely be visiting again!

Food and service of the highest quality. Prices are steep, but then Tenby is an expensive place to eat out, and in fact i ended up tipping beyond the 10% service charge on my visits because the overall experience was truly 'special', from friendly staff to stunning food. Breakfast is fantastic and i ate dinner every night i stayed. Top, top class.

This place is amazing but the thing that topped it off was anish! His service was excellent and could not be faulted he made the whole experience a whole lot better and the food was also amazing only bad point was 1.20 for a splash a of lemonade is a little bit steep

Plenty to choose from on the menu, staff were very attentive and friendly, plates and food were super hot, and the food was delicious.

Beautiful decor, great service. Very quiet, we were the only party for afternoon tea. However, I guess most of the weekend guests don't arrive until Friday evening.

Had the most amazing experience and meal at Heywood Spa Hotel. The staff were exceptional and very attentive. The food was very well done. High standard and not shy on the portions. Could not fault them at all. Decor lovely and very inviting, inquisitive and functional. Would definitely visit again. Might even stay this time. So pleased we went here. Highly recommend it.

Sparkling afternoon tea was very nice. It was very quiet in there that afternoon so pretty much had the whole place to ourselves until a larger family with small children were sat at the next immediate table. This made the rest of our tea a bit noisy but not their fault. I work in a restaurant with a family atmosphere so we try to separate noisy family groups from couples who are obviously celebrating but this was just a little lack of experience I think on the restaurant staff that afternoon. Otherwise lovely food & surroundings.

Stayed at the hotel for the weekend ate here both mornings and evenings. Our 6 year old came too and the staff really made her feel at home. Fabulous staff and food was amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble. Will definitely return.

We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night. 5☆ doesn't rate it highly enough. The staff were absolutely excellent, welcoming and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. The evening meals were of an outstanding standard, I'd highly recommend the duck. Gareth, Sophie and Lee, (just to mention a few) you made our stay and what a lovely touch, the owner coming to meet his guests at breakfast. Fantastic. Thank you all and see you again soon guys! xx

Went for an overnight stay with my husband yesterday , we stayed along time ago it was lovely then , but now the refurbishment is really lovely , friendly staff, beautiful room with a balcony , lovely food in the brassiere, staff were so lovely I had an all over body massage done by Katie and I have to say it was the best massage I have had would definitely recommend Katie she was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone 😊

Came home today after a 2 night stay. Everything was fantastic from the lovely room and the very helpful staff. The food in the brasserie was absolutely delicious and the added touch of the Happy Birthday on my husbands dessert plate was a great idea. The whole trip was brilliant and we cannot thank you all enough for everything. We will definately return. Good Luck to the waitress who is expecting a baby and thank you for your kindness too xx

Had a fab meal last night in The Brasserie, the duck was gorgeous and the dessert of chocolate fondant was to die for. We live locally and this is our first visit in a couple of years, hotel is looking very stylish and the staff are excellent and very friendly, would definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant.

My daughter and I spent one night here as a birthday treat. Great service, lovely room with a balcony which we were upgraded to. We used the spa in the afternoon, not bad but could have done with some seats. In the evening we ate at the brasserie.We had goats cheese and beetroot tart to start, it's one of the best things I've ever tasted! Followed by lamb shank with roast veg for me, gorgeous and almost too much to eat! My daughter had a chocolate and orange tart to finish, it looked delicious! All in all a fantastic meal and we really enjoyed ourselves! Highly recommended 😊

We had our Christmas party here last Friday night which also happened to be my work leaving party. The staff from the beginning and booking it until we all left at closing time were so brilliant, respectful, helpful, informative and nothing was too much trouble. The menu choice, wine and fizzy selection was fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious and presented so it all looked stunning. The whole place was decorated so tastefully and the organisation was perfect. We were all relaxed and was exactly the atmosphere you would expect staying and partying this close to Christmas.
I would highly recommend this as a place to celebrate a special occasion. We have also been for family meals, couples nights and large celebrations and it is always consistently good.
Thank you to the whole team and we will be back 👍🎉

Lovely place.. we hade the four poster bed with gucuzi bath lovely room nice & clean.. lovely spa & also nice food.. lovely brekfast..i will defenitly go bk..only thing i would say is they could have diffrent sizes in the robes.. only hade small & my partner was a large..great place tho..

What a lovely place, we had are Christmas party here and some of us stayed the night are rooms were lovely clean and just been redecorated. The food from Christmas dinner to the breakfast was very tasty, then round it off with a quick dip in the pool will be back
