Dropped in for an evening meal with the family and had a great time. Really welcoming staff, lovely atmosphere and great food. The beef shin pie was particularly good. Will definitely return next time we're in the area.
We arrived Sunday to a lovely big spotless room which was refreshed everyday.
The food was fantastic service very quick and always clean and tidy the breakfast 10 out 10 full English.

What great service, friendly staff and the food was amazing! The mushroom cake starter was a good size and delicious! Meat eaters don’t pass it by! I was only passing by and decided to stop for a starter and glass of wine. Worth every penny! I was travelling solo and made to feel very welcome!

Great location for touring Stratford area, excellent food and courteous staff. Room was OK but the weather was REAL hot and it only had a small window that didn't let much fresh air in but let plenty of noise in from the fans outside! But overall it was a lovely stay and good value

Highly recommended. We came here spontaneously for Sunday lunch and I'm so glad we did. I had the lamb and it was so lovely and tender. My friends had the pork belly and it was beautiful, perfectly roasted and the whole plate presentation was great.
