Came in to this Greg's today, and what can I say, all the staff are so friendly and smiles were on there faces the whole time me and my family where in there.
I felt very relaxed and happy to be here.
I also want to say that Amie, who served me then my partner, was extremely pleasent, interacting with my son and I felt Amie had customer service of 5 stars all day.
I hope higher management read this to see what a credit this team is.
Clean and relatively quiet, though was in a queue of 3 people which took 5 minutes, no fault of the staff that works here though, I think that was down the the many products available and the length of time choices of the customers were making. Happy to go again as always for a quick snack or even lunch. Excellent value for goods too.
Typical normal Greggs...my only gripe would be that there was not enough options left bearing in mind it was mid lunch rush it should have been better stocked up. Plus not overly quick service. I am always more critical of Greggs after working at Greggs for 5 years i see things that annoy me as i know its not how we are taught to do things
Great cheap and cheerful food. With the app the extra deals and free stuff is a bonus. Friendly staff and clean restaurant too
A Greg's sausage roll source, I think all the world's problems could be sorted over Greg's sausage rolls. Situated in Telford Shopping Centre, it supplies lunch time food needs along with casual shoppers needing sustenance. There is a range of foods available, but be prepared to queue, don't think I have ever walked past the kiosk without there being a queue
Bacon bap and a lovely cuppa for £2.70.
Can't ask for more.

Unlike most of their other branches, there are plenty of sittings. Fresh food and good value for money. They do decaf coffee those make out of coffee bags. Not freshly made. One of the best place to have breakfast in Telford town centre.
Just ordered coffee and there was a problem with my phone. Amie (who work in Telford centre) helped me a lot .

Friendly service albeit a bit slow after opening. Assembled well and good value. Tidy but not all sections open to spread out. Open from 7.30am which is useful but later than where I live

With choice of food from fridge and hot food section which has meal deals plus counter with pies and sausage rolls. Reasonable prices
