Small but pleasant service area. Don't expect masses of choice but yoy can expect some lovely folks working there. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and friendly. Burger King cooked everything fresh which meant it wasn't crazy fast but it was piping hot and tasty. The loos we clean and fairly new. There were a few good general ev chargers then a stack of tesla superchargers as well. Ample parking for the size of the place. Oh and a rather large old steam hammer in the back of the carpark, sadly no picture of it as it got too dark.

A lovely place to take a break. The Waitrose is a nice alternative to the fast food options and although there aren’t many EV chargers, they’re rarely full.

Great place to break the journey to and from Wales. Always clean, plenty of seating inside and lots of picnic tables outside so you have the option to purchase food or bring your own. Family and dog friendly. Parking spaces for motorhome/caravans separate to the lorry parking. Main car park with overflow parking.

It's a good little service station. It took a long time coming for the m54 but that's what makes it valuable I remember the times when there was no respite on that concrete monstrosity but a little oasis in an urban jungle. Has good facilties. Starbucks. (I'm a Costa man myself). Burger King and a waitrose shop. Good break services. Toilets are clean and fresh. And there is also a microwave outside the baby change for parents to warm baby bottles.

Has plenty of options for food, coffee petrol, diesel, a hotel if you require it. Appears to have plenty of electric charging points for those who have electric cars. And a reasonable sized truck stop for HGV drivers.

If you’ve not eaten raw potato and veg in a cornish pasty, then The Good Bakery should be your first port of call at this local services. The crunch! This groundbreaking powdery texture, coupled with mystery meat and crunchy mouth feel, is a new experience to behold. For the dieters out there, the 100% gravy steak bake is tiny sized and puffed out with calorie free air.

It was, like most services, pretty average. I only had a coffee, which was okay. The facilities were good and clean. Quite acceptable for a break whilst journeying.

I recently stopped at Telford Welcome Break on a long journey and was thoroughly impressed. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special shoutout to the staff at Burger King, especially the young lad on till who provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my meal. Thank you for a great experience!

Services ok, overpriced as usual. Got a Starbuck and Burger King. Services were really clean, the cleaner on duty (an older gentleman who used to work on the ambulances) was doing a fab job!

Decent as services go. There aren't many on the M54 so you have to take it or leave it. Burger king staff are nice, there's a Starbucks too. Some nice sitting space outside with a grass bank. Electric charging is available too. Petrol very expensive.

This city and the railway was the best thing I have ever seen in UK. I felt like in a movie or that I traveled back in time. Best cafeterias, with really nice food, small local shops with great produce. And the steam train was the great attraction as well.

On July 1st my husband and I and an elderly friend stopped for a coffee on our way to Wales for a weeks holiday.unfortunately on our journey my friend lost her denture which was in her pocket. On our return we returned to Welcome Break just in case the denture had been handed in. We spoke to a member of staff Catherine, who recalled the denture being found! Catherine was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to locate where the denture had been taken to and ensured that it was returned to my friend. A valuable member of staff!

Stopped for a break here on route to Wales from Lincolnshire. There is plenty of parking for all vehicles, plenty of charging stations, mostly tesla. Burger King and other outlets for refreshments. Fuel normal motorway prices. and lorry parking. It's easily located just off the motorway.

Much needed services - M54 has long needed somewhere decent to stop. These are clean and have a good range of refreshments etc. good location and not too expensive for “motorway fuel prices”

The girl at the counter in Starbucks very kindly remade my drink for me after I said I accidentally spilled the first one in the car, and she refused to let me pay. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but thank you so much, that was really kind :)
