Nice modern KFC. Went when it was quiet so had a bit of a wait for our food but nothing too excessive. Food was as you would expect so no complaints about the restaurant but I'm sure KFC Corporation have been changing the coating over the years as I am sure the flavour used to be stronger. Anyway, we were also lucky enough to be there for George's first day - he did a great job đź‘Ť
A flying visit to the area meant we needed to charge our electric car, this place came up and the Instavolt system is very good. No need to be registered just use contactless or Apple Pay.
Anyway… decided to grab some chicken whilst here, the guy behind the counter was really vague, looked like he couldn’t be less interested to be honest!! But hey.
Chicken was ok, place was clean. Men’s toilets were ok, although no loo roll.
I visited KFC two weeks ago and had a shock when I opened my food up as half of it was missing. I took it back and the manager was very helpful but it made me feel as if I didn't not trust the staff. I have added two pictures to show you what I got. I ordered a rice box and paid extra for a piece of chicken. I got the extra chicken and salad but that was it. No rice and standard chicken in the box. They replaced it with the wright amount as you can see. It was a good job I did check as I could have gone home and then found out that my food was missing.
Very helpful staff with not being familiar with the menu,polite! Good food and fast. I could become a regular.

Only came to use the rapid charger, which was working on half speed, so not very rapid. Took them ages to serve me a not very nice coffee. If you're stopping here to use the charger, I recommend getting your refreshments from Starbucks.
It's a kfc.... can't really go wrong unless you don't like chicken.
Didn't stop for food just some krushems on a very dead Tuesday night it seemed but staff were really friendly and that says a lot about these lind of places
This KFC is better than the one in Telford Town near the M54 by Miles.
Best place to buy KFC in Telford. Delicious, perfectly salted(not over salted like other), very good staff.
Never had a problem very helpful service good always welcoming
Food was good, didn't have to wait very long.
One fabulous member of staff here, a man closing down the restaurant and putting away chairs, although seated he assured is that they weren’t closing and we could stay as long as we liked. He was so polite and a great asset to your team! Food was hot and delicious.
