Fast service but very busy place not very clean. Had the savers menu.
Had a small meal here. Asked for no salt on fries and no bacon in wrap. They managed to do this as I don't eat pork or beef. Busy but clean and easy to get to no matter if you get the bus, drive, walk or use a mobility aid.
Food was hot and fresh but it was packed and we had a struggle to find seating. Lovely burgers big thumbs up. I met up with an online friend and he led me here because I am not a Telford resident.
It's quite a good maccies. I mean - don't expect table-cloths, but the fries are correctly cooked, food is reasonably freshly prepared and the place is kept clean. Wait times are acceptable but it gets busy. Nice staff.
In summary - it's a McDonald's, who in their right mind reads reviews for a McDonald's?
Service and food were good. Food arrived at the table soon after ordering and was all warm and freshly made. Only downside was how cramped and busy it was leaving people fighting for seats.

I visited when the other McDonald's had a power cut, manic was an understatement!
Despite a long delay in making and serving my order, it was correct and tasty! It did cost me extra in parking fees because of the delay, but these things happen.
The staff were visibly frantic and stressed.. due to the multiple delivery orders flooding in quicker than a tsunami. However, their customer service was still on point !

Atmosphere wasn't the best because all the delivery seagulls (Drivers) were taking up the seats and pestering the staff.
Decent McDonald's with plenty of seating went on a Sunday and was extremely busy so wasn't very clean but the service and food was excellent unfortunately they had no milkshakes as apparently the machine was awaiting repair but not the staff's fault only marked down the atmosphere because of the amount of people who were to lazy to put their rubbish in the bin so the poor staff where busy trying to clean while serving orders
Whilst visiting Telford my Fiance and I decided to go to McDonald's for dinner. Whilst there everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong. However Rachel was absolutely amazing and went out of her way to sort out a new burger and even gave us a cookie. She was so lovely and understanding and the food ended up being lovely. If we come back to Telford again we will definitely go back.
McDonald's is always great to have it fills that yummy need. Great service very helpful staff and a much needed strawberry milkshake acquired. Screens distancing all being followed felt safe . Recently visited again and still enjoyed my visit still eating the same. It's still great to eat here. I have now got used to the self service screens I think that they are a great addition.
A standard McDonald's. Everything you would expect.
