Very clean and tidy. Fast service compared to other McDonald’s in Telford.
Coffee was like dish water they did change it but the replacements was worse than original
The lady serving said they should be weak .but I have never had a flat white that bad ever.
the purpose of having flat white is that it has two shots and less milk.
Staff were friendly but sad they couldn’t improve coffee only give another
This is actually a really good maccies!! Really friendly staff, toilets clean and food quality to a very high standard! Fries filled right to the top and all our drinks and dips were packaged nicely with care. Great food and great service, one of the best maccies I’ve been to.
Food was cold when we got it,guy serving was not friendly look understaffed disappointed as McDonald's are usually good
The special burgers are the best not as dry as the normal ones, it's better value to get the 20 chicken nugget box than the 6 or 9
Have to give maximum rating due to the quality of the staff. Friendly, helpful and pleasant.
The only snag is that it's not signposted so you may need your satnav
Went in for a quick lunch food hot and nicely served .clean tables cleared quickly
Today's return visit was good. The food was brought to our table by a friendly young lad who was cheerful and bothered to ask us if we needed any sugar or sauce (unlike the last ones on recent visits) he also told us to enjoy our meal. Unfortunately the disabled toilet was not that clean & when we arrived the table wasn't clean so I had to clean it myself with hand gel & a serviette.
As McDonald's go, this one was pretty good all round.
It does get very busy at peak times, which can be annoying .
Other than that, I'll give a 9 out of 10

Drive through had a massive que, so decided to go inside and order. Which to my surprise was empty, straight up to order and only took ten minutes to collect my order.
