It was busy but staff were brilliant. Especially the front lady, friendly but everytime you looked she was busy doing something, and even though was rushed off her feet still had time to have a quick friendly chat. Pizzas coming out regularly and fresh, toilets were spotless despite how busy it was.
Service was excellent. We were greeted by Nicola and she was attentive, enthusiastic and clearly knew what she was doing and when to do it. Always coming to our table just when you needed her. Asking the right questions. There was also another person. A younger male member of staff working Thursday evening that also was attentive and did a very good job unfortunately we couldn’t get his name. But will definitely be returning If this is the standard for staff now as it was perfect
Attended here with friends and our little one. Service was great and friendly. Lots of choice of pizza for the buffet and kids had a great time. Would happily return.
Service was excellent. Better than a lot of non chain restaurants. Food was better then expected and the restaurant was clean and well organised. Whoever the manger is is doing a great job with their team.
Staff are very helpful and attentive, nothing is too much trouble! The food is great and also fun for the kids - they love the ice cream factory and drinks machines. Restaurant and toilets are clean! Even when my son spilt a drink and I asked for some blue roll the staff insisted they clean it for me. Great variety of food and if something is low on the buffet they replace it before it runs out.
We were seated quickly and efficiently, the online ordering system was also nice and easy. Service was good we were brought our glasses , bowls and plates ready to select from the buffet. There was a good selection of food and drink available. We were very happy with the experience.
All around enjoyable. The staff are great, very friendly. The foods alright, filling and along with bottomless drinks and a buffet salad bar what more could you want?! Great 👍👍👍👍👍
Came very late just before closing time to get some 241 on cookie dough with Meetkat food voucher. Excellent service as it was empty. It has been refurbished inside and is very modern now. Cookie dough were excellent with my preference for the salted caramel.
I loved this branch, it was easy to find a spot to set, thanks to the staff, the food was excellent and well done, the salad station was of many types and all refilled, finally, it was easy to pay using the app.
There was enough space to park in front of it ( free of charge).
Everything from the value of the food to the friendly staff that nothing was too much trouble . Would really recommend a visit and we will definitely be going again . We are already planning our next visit .
Courtney was continually topping up the salad bar. The pizza was lovely and fresh.
We were served promptly with a smile and had a very tasty meal.
Enjoyed our meals, pizza was great as we went for the better dealer with bigger pizza, enjoyed with a salad. Really wasn’t keen on one of the sides as if you paid on its own would of cost £7.99 for five pieces & tasted bland, it definitely wasn’t worth that much, it looked like the sides of the pizza were you have the balls on the end & with cheese & bacon bits. Personally I wouldn’t recommend but each to their own.
Overall was good. Toilets could do with updating to.

Came for the buffet. Was stocked well and nothing ever ran out whilst we were there. Table was clean and tidy and staff were friendly and attentive. My only complaint is the toilets. Two with broken seats and one without a door lock, definitely needs some attention. Other than that no complaints
