The service was lovely our server Carl was very helpful. My mother had just had a eye operation and everything was quite bright for her so I had asked If he could turn off the side light off so my mother could see a bit better he served with smile good customer service happy
Came for dinner and cocktails with friends and was not disappointed. Food was cooked to perfection. Cocktails made with love. Everything was fantastic. Clearly the manager I running the place amazingly. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend this branch!!
Excellent service from Jordan, so friendly and professional! We don’t normally come to Telford TGI as it’s a little out of the way for us but after todays experience with amazing food and service we will definitely make the trip in future! Had lunch here and service was great. Allocated a table in good time without a booking. Slight delay having food come from kitchen but before we could raise the duty manager had spotted the wait, chased and updated us with an apology. Really friendly atmosphere
