Was our first time at Zizzi Telford, service was ok seemed a bit slow at times plus the cooks had to serve the food at times but seem as it was between lunch and dinner I suppose it gave staff time for there breaks I had the wild mushroom risotto with garlic bread my daughter had spaghetti bolognese both were very nice very tasty and filling good portion size, we managed to have room for desert I had the caramel apple calzone and my daughter had the tiramisu they were both bery nice, overall a great time lovely food

Calamari is disappointing (both portion and taste) when comparing to the same starter at Bella Italia and Pizza Express nearby. But the other 2 pasta are excellent, especially Ravioli, I finished it all which is quite unusual. Staff are also friendly. You can make the order with staff or online with your mobile phone. I have ordered the drinks with the staff and ordered food with their website. But I have problem with payment with the website so I finally paying using the traditional way with the staff.
Food was delicious but the service was appalling. Got in ordered drinks then more of the party joined and then another couple of the party, they all got there drinks while ours sat at the bar. Ordered more drinks later took another 35 minutes to get. Can not fault the food tho! Poor waiter who was taking payment from me was pulled away from me to deliver food! This is disgusting customer service and I felt so sorry for him bless him! I understand it was busy but don’t pull someone away who is actively taking money from a customer to deliver food which the person who asked could of done!!!!

Went to zizzis Telford this evening. For a “date night” was greeted by my partners and my own family. 18 people in total. To then get engaged! Staff were fantastic ! Food was excellent! Could thank the staff more for what they did !! Few mentions Christina, Chloe, terry, I didn’t catch other names but service was great by all so a huge thank you!!! The full team went above and beyond! And made it a very special night!
Nice Italian restaurant with good food, drinks and service. Plenty of tables but not cramped. I had the Wild Boar Meatballs Al Forno which were lovely. They also coped easily with our party of 12 and service times were just right. Recommended for a nice meal.

Food was well presented and tastes amazing. . Staff Friendly. Toilet facilities great well laid out and clean.
We travelled into Telford yesterday for my mum and dad's anniversary meal at Zizzi's - we'd never been there before but it's now one of my favourite restaurants!
The main reason is because they have a whole dairy-free menu (even a dairy-free chocolate dessert! 😋) and the staff are really friendly and go out of their way to make your meal just right.
There's even an open kitchen where you can see your pizza being made from scratch and go into the pizza oven 🔥
So I can highly recommend Zizzi's for anyone who is dairy- or gluten-free, to be able to go somewhere and have a 'normal' meal for once!
Bottom line: Excellent service, delicious food and spotless facilities, we are definitely coming back! 😄 🍕
