Really lovely. Warm welcome. Lovely toasted tea cakes. Good coffee, even iced ones! Great spot just to stop and watch the seagulls harassing the chip shop customers.

The lady is he great, warmly, caring and loving person who takes a lot of passion for her work and for her customers. She does great food and great drinks. The prices are reasonable and always polite and welcoming.

Sam is super welcoming. The tea and food is delicious. A lovely tearoom.

We visited this lovely little tea shop on a Monday afternoon during our COVID-induced staycation in Devon. Lovely little tearoom in the centre of Teignmouth. The owner seems to run it on her own but is very chatty and organised. Food prepared to order but very quick. Good choice of cakes and snacks.

Excellent coffee shop, friendly owner who makes all the delicious cakes, could go there and have a different home baked cake every day of the week. Had cream tea with fab scones, excellent. To be recommended probably the best in Devon.
