Had an amazing bacon and egg bap with a cup of tea. The day was wet and miserable but my sarnie and my cuppa stayed piping hot to the last mouthful. Excellent πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜πŸ˜

Always impressed with this cafe. Very friendly and clean. Now they have started using wooden cutlery instead of plastic. Hope all take-away cafes start doing this. Well done

No where better to sit and unwind after taking the dog for a walk. The waves were beautiful yesterday. When the sun is shining off the sea there aren't many places to compare with it.

At the end of a glorious 12 mile walk the reward was a Cherry flavoured Mr Whippy, which was to die for.....And first of the year! Plus a mug of green tea. The cafe was busy with ice creams and cups of tea the order of the day. There is an awning which allows some shelter but it mainly relies on good weather and tourism to bring in the punters. Perfectly positioned at the east end of the Teignmouth promenade this little cafe provides a wonderful variety of the usual favourites and does an excellent job. The staff are friendly and the service is spot on. Super views in all directions and an important part of what Teignmouth is all about.

Stopped here for a light snack after walking from Dawlish along the coast path. Was really surprised how lovely the two toasted sandwiches were. In fact I would go as far as saying the nicest I have ever had. Brown bread toasted fully, with plenty of filling that was fully melted and cooked through. Coffee was okay and cold drinks nicely chilled. Friendly staff and quick service.

First trip to this local favourite since lockdown, and they were well set up for covid-19 safety, very efficient and still reassuringly friendly as ever. We enjoyed the lush bacon sandwiches and coffee, and the gorgeous view. Thank you for making things so easy and pleasant for us!

Lovely place to sit and have a snack or just a coffee and/or ice cream. Hot pasties are good. Mr andMrs Grumpy are fabulous people (It is their nicknames) and they are so friendly, as are their staff and loved by all their customers. Certainly a place to visit.

Great spot to sit and watch the waves with a reasonably priced cuppa. They do lots of food and drink options too. Very busy on a summer day but great in the winter months too.

Great service and value at this long established cafe. Def needs supporting after the lockdown. Tables are separated and plenty of hand sanitizer was available.
