This is a really good café Nero. I come here fairly often and the staff are always friendly, super efficient and my drinks are always well made.
There's always a few people sitting and having coffee/cake so there's always a good atmosphere if you want to sit and relax for a bit.

A well designed coffee shop. It has a bright and comfortable seating area to the rear with a glazed wall opening out on an external seating area that is hidden from the main road. I obviously caught Nero's at the right time (~11:30 on Saturday) because I was able to get a comfy leather armchair in the corner. There was no queue for my Americano which was very tasty. Really friendly service and the outdoor seating area was a really nice touch. I ordered a frappe and got it in a glass as I was eating in which I can't say I've ever had before as a caffe Nero. Toilets were clean too.
Great coffee spoiled by grumpy manager. He often picks on my friend and me. Don't think he likes old ladies. My little dog is very well behaved but he always finds something to tell us off about.
