Marvellous addition to Teddington's already good restaurants. The food is tremendous quality, prepared to perfection and service is really special - friendly, attentive and helpful, with a personal touch. One really gets the feeling that customers are appreciated!

I’ll put this simply. Food I cannot find fault with. Cooked perfectly, cooked to enhance every bit of flavour. Consistently, every time I visit. A gem.

After moving to Teddington six weeks ago, The Railway came highly recommended by locals. We took my parents in law and headed over. Greeted by a lovely staff member who informed us our table was just being made ready and we headed upstairs. Clean and busy with lots of roasts being enjoyed. We all went for lamb and it was perfectly cooked and everything was fantastic!
Dessert was had and when there was an issue with the hot chocolate, the staff were fab sorting it out. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and service was prompt as could be.
Will certainly be returning as regulars :)
A lovely, honest pub with good service but the food is the star. I ordered the chicken pie expecting a standard pub pie but it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Amazing.
AMAZING food and outstanding service! From the second we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive, food came out quick, looking fabulous and tasting delicious. I cannot fault any my part of our meal….advice- Try the Bakewell tart and homemade icecream you won’t be disappointed. Thankyou to all the staff for making our Sunday roast dinner so enjoyable.
We went for the first time few months ago invited from some dear friends in Teddington and it’s been already a 5 stars discovery. We came back yesterday to repeat the experience and it’s been just a confirmation. The atmosphere is welcoming, the menù is inviting, the food is delicious. Every dish is perfectly cooked graciously disposed and well served. Gluten free option available at request. The service is friendly, kind and available at all the time. The restaurant always tidy even in the most busy moment. The room upstairs is lovely and warm. Toilets always clean and tidy and the entire place is dog friendly as well.. What else we can ask??

We were here for the Sunday roast and it did not disappoint . Best Yorkshire pudding we’ve ever tasted - fluffy, bouncy and crispy around the edges - perfection. Staff was lovely and accommodating, creating a cosy and lively atmosphere.
Fabulous food in a great restaurant that looks like a pub! Small reduction in atmosphere as we were seated in the small outdoor area, which was expected, but did not realise it was a smoking area, and then the kitchen extractor fan kicked in and spoiled any ambiance.
