Arrived and was greeted by a warm welcome by staff. We were shown our table and informed that there might be a delay due to the high volume of customers and was kept informed. You know, if it's a busy place, it's going to be a good place! Once the food order was taken and arrived about 12 mins later

Beautiful pub. Lovely inside , nice seating area outside. Sunday dinner was fantastic. Cooked to perfection . It was the best sunday dinner i have eaten out . Service was excellent. Friendly helpful staff .

The staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble despite a last minute change.

Dropped in for a late lunch but kitchen was closed...they even opened it for us to eat something! It was delicious, I had the half chicken and was the best dish in days of our holiday ! A very very friendly service too !

An absolutely lovely pub, great atmosphere, great food, especially the meat. I have just marked 1 point down as the roast potatoes were more sautéed and I would prefer proper roasties for Sunday lunch, but that is personal choice
Lovely birthday dinner for 6 here. Thali was great, loin of pork was a real favourite. Fish dishes also got a big thumbs up. Cuttlefish we tried as something new but wish we ordered more !!
The owner fitted us in at late notice, which was much appreciated. We had a roast with all the trimmings. Everything was perfect!
Me and my partner came here for food on a mini weekend vacation. We didn't know you had to call ahead but they accommodated us anyway, which we were extremely grateful for. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious! Highly recommend.
