Good pub and great staff. We had a very nice burger and a salad. Lettuce could have been cut. Burger is amazing and flavour really food. Salad sauce was good but poor quantity. Great atmosphere and it has parking and outside tables.
Called in for a late lunch on our way home from Bristol airport.
The food was very tasty, and well presented, and the only fault I could find was the texture of the burger. It’s dense texture gave it the feel of a mass produced patty.

My scallop starter was so good that I only remembered to take a photo when I was almost done.
They have also got a nice setting outside where you could have a do.

Dropped in here ad hoc at the end of the afternoon on 13th September. No booking necessary. Shown to table straightaway by very pleasant member of staff. Book in advance recommended. Really good tasting steak cooked really well. A wait for food and drinks to arrive, don't book if in any kind of rush. I'd say it's worth the wait.
