Absolutely love this beautiful Italian restaurant. Went for the first time Wednesday evening to celebrate our 15th anniversary and so glad we did. Food was lovely, staff attentive without being intrusive and a really good vibe about the place with a nice modern decor..We booked our table for 5.30 and were pleasantly surprised to see 2 tables already occupied. Come 6.15 only around 3 tables in the place were empty which says a lot in my book. There were tables from 2 like ourselves to a group of 10 so they obviously cater for all...
The food was fantastic. We had brushetta and calamari to start and it tasted so fresh. Both had a risotto for mains and they were full of flavour actually probably the best I've had. (Loved the anniversary wish written on the plates, nice touch 🥰). Although we were quite full at this point we had a sweet too. A creme brulee and a panacotta which both tasted lovely and again very fresh.. All 3 courses a bottle of wine and 2 pre dinner drinks for just under £100. Exceptional value for money especially for the quality of the food.
If you are looking for somewhere decent to eat this place is a must. I would recommend booking as it was quite busy. As I said it was our first time here but certainly won't be our last. Thank you to all the staff for making our wonderful evening that extra bit special 🥰🥰

A cute little Italian restaurant in Taunton.
Definitely not the most mind blowing food unfortunately. When you eat at an Italian restaurant, you definitely expect fresh pasta, not overcooked penne from a packet. Portion sizes were very good though.
The chocolate fondant came out frozen 🙃 and when replaced it was so overcooked, there was no fondant 😅 the homemade banoffee pie however was 💯

Ravioli of the day - £14.50
Margarita pizza - £11.50

Venezia is a great restaurant in Taunton, and their puddings are simply delightful! The panna cotta was silky and perfectly balanced, while the lamb was mouthwatering. The entire dining experience was fantastic, from the warm and inviting ambiance to the attentive and friendly staff. If you have a sweet tooth and love authentic Italian cuisine, this is a must-visit. Can't wait to go back for more of their delightful puddings!
The best place to eat in Taunton!! Not only do I love it but my kids really love it too. We regularly eat here and have never had a bad experience. The food is incredible and so is the service. It won’t disappoint 👌🏻
Yesterday we went to Venezia for family dinner. All my family was happy about service, food and atmosphere. My daughter dropped fork and waitress come straight away to our table and change it for new .. girl was very professional and so polite. I don't remember name of my dish but it was chicken with mushroom sauce. Extremely delicious, we will be back for sure 🙏

Seven of us had a meal here on Sunday evening and it was great! The staff were helpful and ready, whilst also leaving us to enjoy our family meal together - just right! The food was delicious. We would definitely return. Thank you!
My first visit to Venezia and first visit to an Italian restaurant for a long time. Staff very welcoming on arrival and a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the very well decorated restaurant. Selection of dishes on the menu were fantastic and I would of happily had any dish on offer but open for the pork tenderloin. Party of 5, all dishes arrived together, cooked and seasoned perfectly. Desserts and starters were also amazing. Prices were just right. Book early as can be hard to get a booking due to the deserved popularity.
Superb food, attentive service in a really lovely atmosphere, would recommend to all and will be revisiting!
